Everyone expected a thrilling mass entertainer from Dino Dennis when Mammootty announced Bazooka. The movie released on April 10th didn’t impressed me due to its age old treatment. The story line was unique but the way the director conceived it into a movie failed miserably.
Positives-
Mammootty was good with his charm and charisma. Fight scenes were ok whereas his transformation scenes were good to watch.
Story was unique and was good enough to bring in curiosity. The detailing and the twists where brilliant even though it failed to impress as a cinema.
The art department did well and there were a few scenes that made us excited but it continue or exhilarated after a short while.
Negatives-
Direction, action choreography, music, and other performances where so poor that even Mammootty was not enough to make this movie watchable.
Verdict:
Bazooka was a below average movie experience for me. I was not disappointed as watching Mammootty in a stylish role and his performance is worth the money I spent on the ticket. The choice is yours!
